Laura DiMola is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the dental industry. Her career journey began as a human resource assistant at a New York start-up dental management organization in 1998. Since then, she has held various roles, including office manager, dental insurance administrator, director of operations for a continuing education group, and regional operations manager.

In August 2016, Laura joined the Operations team at WAVE Dental Professionals as an operations manager. In this role, she collaborated closely with Strategic Alliance Partners to drive same-store growth. She set clear objectives and monitored practice performance using financial and operational key performance indicators (KPIs).

Currently, Laura serves as a regional operations leader at WAVE Dental Professionals. Her leadership skills shine as she motivates and builds successful teams. She focuses on implementing best operational practices, maintaining patient satisfaction, and fostering a growth-oriented culture within the practices. Laura keeps a close eye on industry trends, drives revenue, and collaborates with teams to streamline costs and exceed goals. Laura studied Business Management at Queensborough Community College and continues her professional development through ongoing training and continuing education courses.
