Jennifer Emm is the Vice President of Operations for Wave Dental Professionals, where she oversees the business operations of the practice group, central business office, call center, accounting and finance, and other ancillary departments. She works to implement best practices and develop a culture within the business where everyone is engaged with the success and growth of the company. Monitoring performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions to achieve maximum profitability and strategic growth.

Jennifer was introduced to dentistry in high school, where she worked an after-school job at a dental practice. There, she was mentored by one of the owner dentists and started working towards her goal of attending dental school. In 2005, she graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology. That summer she began working as a dental assistant at Cambridge Dental Group and has been there ever since. At this office, she learned every aspect of clinical dentistry, including specialty, sleep apnea, special needs dentistry, and sedation dentistry. In 2017, Wave Dental Professionals acquired Cambridge Dental Group and Jennifer was quickly promoted to Regional Operations. In this role, she led, motivated, and built successful teams. She managed a region of 9 offices that spanned over 5 states.

Jennifer is a lifelong resident of Detroit, Michigan. She is married to her high school sweetheart, and they have a 14-year-old daughter and 7-year-old twins. In her free time, she enjoys reading, gardening, camping with her family, and being an advocate for autism awareness.
