Scott Miller

M. Scott Miller is a highly accomplished business executive with over 30 years of experience across various industries. Over the 10+ years he has been working with Wave Dental Professionals, Scott has executed a variety of roles, including Director of Training and Business Intelligence Analyst. Scott currently leads the People Operations Team at Wave Dental Professionals. He is primarily focused on employee relations, payroll and benefits management, and maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal laws.

Prior to joining Wave Dental Professionals, Scott was a multi-unit franchisee for twelve years, managing multiple locations and overseeing staffing, cash flow, inventory, and customer relations. He implemented programs to enhance employee loyalty and reduce turnover, driving overall business success. After exiting this franchise system, Scott joined a new franchise as Vice President of Operations and then moved into the President role, where he remained for the next three years.

Scott resides in Cooper City, Florida, with his wife, Darrine, and their two children. He enjoys reading and spending quality time with family and friends. Committed to community service, Scott has volunteered for his children’s school band programs, serving as President and Vice-President of the boards at two different schools from 2013 to 2022.
